Does anyone form Canon visit CR?  ::)

Definitely some Canon employees in the UK - but i'd guess the world over pops in - what better way to get feed back on their plans and announcements...

And thats probably what needs to happen. So we should all declare on CR that we won't be buying anymore 5d2's .... since we are all waiting fo the Mythical 5D3.  ;)

http://blog.planet5d.com/2012/01/oscar-nomination-for-a-canon-eos-5d-mark-ii-movie-danfung-dennis-hell-and-back-again/

A documentary shot with a 5D MK II is also nominated.  Two Oscar nominations for 5D MK II filmed movies is simply amazing.  It has opened up the very expensive film making business to talented and creative individuals who cannot afford the high priced equipment.  Once a distributor buys the film or agrees to release it, they can run it thru the more costly high end processing to remove jaggies and moire, and make slight re-edits.
