Are any of you using a Cintiq for photo editing?

I'm wondering if any photographers are currently using a Cintiq for retouching photos? The new 24 hd has gotten tons of positive reviews and seems to be amazing. Right now I'm using an Intuos4 and a 30 inch Cinema Display, I'm wondering if workflow with be faster on a Cintiq.

I do draw and paint as well but mainly it will be used to retouch photos daily. Anyone out there using one?

Thats the first I've heard of one.   I can see it being useful.

Windows 8 will be touch screen friendly, and a lot of touch tools will be coming.
