Exactly only one week away from the [CR3] rumor of the next CANON FF DSLR Announcement. How come everything is still very quiet?

Can't wait for BIG announcement but hope:
1. Products available within 2-3 months.
2. Reasonable ie  5D3= $3k-3.5K max!!  Anything above I will buy 5D2.
3. More lens announcements.....

I wonder if Canon will put the Mark II in the CLP program when the next replacement is announced. At 1599 it would be tough decision (for myself) if the Mark III/X is coming in around 3K.

I've had my 7D for just over two years and have been waiting to go full frame...was going to purchase a 5D Mk2 but have decided to hold off to see what is announced...

Not counting the 1Dx early announcement...Does anyone know historically what the time difference has actually been from when a camera has been announced to when it's actually shipping?

I'm not in the rush to buy  mrk III , because mrk II is serving me just fine.

However...I'm curios what mrk III has to offer - can't wait to see real spec.

light balancing diffusers would be a nice touch.

Are you talking about the new FF camera or a flash? None of the current lineup of Canon FF camera bodies have built in flash.

Now, built in radio trigger - that would be very cool in the new FF body.

Built in radio trigger would be pretty amazing. Bonus points if it's compatible with PocketWizards, or one of the other good quality radio triggers.
