5DIII buffer depth

I've been looking for information about the reduced size RAW files for the 5DIII, plus the buffer depth for RAW.
Can anyone fill the gaps here?

5DIII RAW:    buffer: 13 shots,  22.10 Megapixels,  pixel dimensions (5760 x 3840)
5DIII mRAW: buffer:  xx shots,    xx Megapixels and pixel dimensions (     x     )
5DIII sRAW:  buffer:  xx shots,    xx Megapixels and pixel dimensions (     x     )

When shooting some sports with the 1D4 I sometimes find it useful to switch to mRAW to push the buffer out from 26 to 33.
I'm expecting a huge leap with the 1D4 buffer with its' dual digic processors.

Did you notice that with a CF UDMA 7 card the RAW burst goes from 13 to 18?

The JPEG difference is insane! From 65 to 16,270!  I think the shutter would melt... ;D

mRAW - 10.5MP - 3960x2640

sRAW - 5.5MP - 2880x1920

No info about # of shots - sorry!
