Here's a thought: would 5D2 remain in the lineup despite the appearence of 5D3? (Like Nikon D90's co-existence with the D7000).

If they do co-exist, how much room is there for the 5D2 to drop in price?

Not much, the refurb price is usually bottom that they will go...

Has anyone checked to see if they now have the 5D MK II on the CLP?  That can be a additional 15% or more off.  They had it for a while, but removed it due to the scaricity of refurb bodies.
