For what it's worth, I use the-digital-picture.com for reviews. He seems to know what he's doing, seems to have used just about everything out there, and really gives everything a thorough going-over before he posts. I also use pixelpeeper.com to look at real world samples from lenses and it even allows you to choose a specific camera/lens combo, so that helps me out as well.
