Darya a photo session in prague natural light shot with the 24-70 f2.8 L
Darya in prague by Lseriesglass, on Flickr

NICE! But then I am a fall guy for B&W... Not as much Sepia though...

What is the meaning of "Darya"? In India it means sea (or ocean)...

Thanks :-) im a black and white guy too sepia is good also :) Darya is her name from russian very nice girl studying in prague.

Interesting. Is she from the southern USSR republics? The name has a Persian origin similar to the king Darius of Persia - born about 550BC...

Hmmm that is way north... I wouldn't be surprised if there is a connection to the persian name though...

100-400L @400mm, 1/800, f6.3, ISO 100.

There is always the one nonconformist. Can you find him?

Yeah... top left guy scratching his a$$....   :P
LOL!  ;D

Thanks for looking :)

Before K-amps responded, I was going to say the guy in the upper left was taking a leak, but I like his response even better ;D
See, another two nonconformists ;)

(but then you knew that already)

Gorgeous.

Using this camera more and more is becoming second nature. While the DR is better with the nikons at the moment, I just got my mind blown again with this file processed from my MK3.

hey guys,

i would like to share some of my photos i took with my 5d mark iii just like everyone else in here.

first, long exposure shots with canon ef 24-105f/4L IS USM then some shots a took from a football match with ef 70-200f/2.8L IS II USM.

Note: for the second shot, i used 12,800 ISO. Surprisingly good at a high ISO.

Comments will be appreciated highly to help me improve my skills.

Thanks!

Enjoy shooting!

Haponat,
I noticed you have pictures taken of Victoria Harbour.  Good ones.
I travelled to Hong Kong in January, and like every tourist there, got to take the night scene of the harbour.
The place was packed with people doing the same, almost as many cameras in the area as there are in NY's B&H!
My pano is attached.
Taken with 5D3, 24-70mm f/2.8 IS on tripod and assembled with CS5 to become a pano.  Hope you like.

Lion rock, you rock! Lovely! What is the dimension of the panorama? I am sure you could sell it for serious money...

Looks like it's in trouble!  ;)

Love the blurred rotors though.
