2.  AF - a lot
3.  ISO - almost 1 stop
4.  FPS - 2 more
5.  Silent shutter
6.  Better noise reduction on 5D3

Have you ever noticed that toys lead to more toys? I bought a 5D III after months of lusting - and when I wanted to AFMA with FoCal - I had to buy a new laptop that could handle it! Finally got my trusty old 28-70L dialed-in and Doc Kara - camp medic - offered to model for me! No pretty greenery or backgrounds here - so the RPG net on an MRAP at sunset had to do...

I'ver wrote this before in other posts on this subject....in 5  years if you go to sell each one, you'll get about $1000 more for the 5d3...imo.  this negates the price factor a bit.  of course if you're buying it for the long haul than this doesn't matter too much because they'll both be worth very little in 10 years.
