Yhe 100mm L is a good start, if you like to get close focus of flowers, or any outside use.
 
Indoors, we will have yet to see if the better sensor will give good low light images with a f/2.8 lens.
 
Wait and find out which focal lengths work for you with your 24-70 and 70-200, and see if they are fast enough in low light.  The 100mm L Macro might give you all you need, unless you go in for ultra wide ot longer telephoto.  I seldom need wider than 24mm, but there is never enough telephoto.

50mm 1.4 Is your best bet.

Its good to get the feel of that classic focal length as its a neutral perspective and forces your compositions to be stronger. There are no tricks of compression or expansion and what you see is what you get.

that can be challenging and fun and 50mm are cheap too!
