Shoulder Strap: I have a Black Rapid RS-7 and I recommend them.  Comfortable and sturdy.

Mini-Tripod: I have a Joby Gorillapod with the ball head.  I think I have used it once.  It is helpful in limited circumstances, but it does not satisfy the need for a tripod.  Do you have a tripod?  You will need one.  Tripods and heads are like lenses - get the best you can afford.

Extra battery: I have two of these (similar or same generic model).  They hold a charge well, charge quickly, work flawlessly, and have saved me on more than one occasion.  One extra battery is sufficient.

Hoya Filter: looks good.

Cable Release: I highly recommend this.  I have a wireless one, which I usually do not use because it requires line of sight, and a wired intervalometer like this one.  It is invaluable to minimizing shake and when using bulb-mode (e.g., fireworks, long exposure shots).  I tried Magic Lantern, but I prefer to use my wired intervalometer.

Re: flash, a possible alternative is a LumoPro.  I don't know much about them other than that they are a lot cheaper than Canon-branded flashes.  Link: http://lumopro.com/product.php?id=25.

Enjoy!

What do you think about quick release buckle which is on the back? Is there any protection from someone opening it from behind and dropping camera on the ground? Looks very easy for someone to clip it open from behind...

9) 16gb Class10 SD card - which one to get? Transcend 12£ http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B002WE4HE2/ref=noref?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&psc=1 or Sandisk Extreme 20£ http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sandisk-Extreme-30MBS-Secure-Digital/dp/B001ENL5RY/ref=sr_1_24?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1332703226&sr=1-24
Is there any difference or is it better to get 2 Transcends for the price of one Sandisk? (I dont want to have any trouble with 1080p or 720p at 60fps)

I have a bunch of both Transcend and Sandisk cards..  Reliability wise, I've never had problems with any of them.  Speed wise, I've never noticed a difference, but I never particularly looked, either.  I specifically bought 32gb Transcend CF cards for video on my 7D.  They work great.  The only video with an SD card I've done is with my T1i, at 1080p, but I don't think that's 30fps..  But I did it with a 16gb Transcend card [that exact card you linked to], and it was fine.  If that helps..

I misspoke.  I have the RS-4, not the RS-7, and the RS-4 does not have the quick release.  I think Black Rapid sells a velcro cover that permits you to cover the quick release.

OK.
But i found this, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Carry-Speed-CS-1-Camera-Sling-Strap-Rapid-Use-w-Tripod-Plate-Attachment-/400286309983?pt=US_Camera_Straps_Hand_Grips&hash=item5d32ec5e5f
I looked though some videos, and it looks good (+ extra safety feature). So probably gonna get it.

Another question though.
Can I use any ball head with Gorillapod? If so, would it make sense to get Gorillapod + good ball head now, and get decent tripod later? (i would have one big and one small tripods sharing one ball head)

If yes, what ball heads do you recommend? (i heard manfrotto is a good company, any suggestions for smallish, not very expensive ball head?)

I would be nervous about using a knock-off strap.  If it fails, your camera and lens fall to the ground.  Apparently this has happened with Black Rapids, but they have a brand to protect; the knockoff has no brand to protect.  I would be more nervous of a product when they have nothing to lose.

Note that a Joby and a tripod are radically different and not at all comparable because you use the Joby to wrap around a pole whereas you use a tripod to create a platform onto itself.  I do not want to dissuade you from the Joby, but I don't want you to misunderstand that it is fundamentally different than a typical tripod.

Re: ball heads, yes, you can use other ball heads with a Gorillapod.  I have two heads: a Really Right Stuff BH-55 and a Markins 3QT.  The Markins is $310 USD and the RRS is $575 USD.  Neither is inexpensive.  Both are awesome.  My advice is to save up and get a great head.  When you are new to photography, it's hard to fathom why you would want to purchase such an expensive head until you have used a lower quality head.  There is a real difference between a good one and a bad one.  With a good one, you mount a 70-200 f/2.8 II and it does not droop; with a bad one, you mount the same and it droops.  You spend an inordinate amount of time trying to figure out the extent of droop that is sure to come.  Do you want this?  Get a good head and you simply worry about how to get a good shot rather than the failures of your equipment.  I struggled with this when I started and then I just bit the bullet.  Like a good lens, I do NOT regret buying a good head (or a good tripod).  I will skimp on a body, but I will not skimp on a lens, tripod, or head.

That said, I cannot comment on the Manfrotto heads because I have not used them.  There are a lot of threads on CR re: getting a good cost effective tripod and/or head.  Check them out.

One last thought: there are a lot of up-front costs that you are facing here.  My advice is to get the camera, lens, filter, card, and strap.  You can shoot with this.  Once you learn the camera, save a little more and get a good tripod, head, and other items that you need.  Take it one step at a time.

Well, just for the op's information: with magic lantern, you can release the shutter by the sound of snapping your finger near the camera - works for me. And of course ml has real timelapse, bulb ramping and advanced scripting, you could write a script to release the shutter after any wait time or in any interval you want.
