memory card question
« on: April 26, 2012, 07:46:27 PM »
I just recieved my twin pack today and noticed they are UHS-1. I read that I should avoid the memory cards that say HD Video (UHS-1) on them, yet these are UHS-1 as well. Are these good cards for my T2i? Will they only write at 20MBs? It's weird that Adorama says these are new and not in stock when I got mine today.  :o

They are backward compatible, you will get the slower speed in your camera, but, at least, they work.  In the event that a UHS-1 compatible Canon body comes out, you will get the UHS-1 speed.

If you have a UHS-1 card reader, you can copy images to your pc faster.
