I like it! It has that Brenizer Method feel to it. It is like a Brenizer-light without the endless stitching.

Thanks! I was wondering what it reminded me of, but this is it. :) A lot simpler than the actual Brenizer-method which I have yet to try. Any suggestions? Tripod, handheld?

I shot mine handheld. If you shoot handheld, try to maintain a nodal point, which makes for easier stitching without distortion. Get a sense of your X and Y coordinates before you shoot because it is easy to lose track of where you are in the "shot". If you follow Brenizer's suggestions and shoot small JPEGs, make sure that you do not shoot with auto white balance. Try to have a somewhat simple background. Try to keep it simple, because I think you may have been more effective with your 2-shot method than I have with 20 shots.
