Video capabilities in CS6 / Lightroom4

I already own Premiere Pro. Are either of these programs worth getting for their video features? I'm interested in some good color correcting tools and stuff like that. I've worked with Photoshop for years, so the idea of editing video the same way I do a photo is a very appealing idea. Is it that easy?

Forgot to mention: the "CS6" to which I was referring was Photoshop CS6.

LR 4 has minimal video capability with a capital M.  Don't get it to do video, it will handle video very lightly and then only thru a work around.

You must capture a typical frame, and adjust exposure, color, etc.  Then synchronize it with the video clip.

You can sync

white balance ,exposure, contrast, white clipping, tone curve, color, split toning, process version and lens calibration

So if I use VSCO Film presets in Lightroom, will those translate onto video?
