Can the 5D mark III apply chromatic aberration correction and lens peripheral illumination correction (vignetting correction) only to JPEG images or also to movies?

Yes, as long as you've enabled the corrections in the settings, and a profile is available (and on the camera) for the lens you have mounted.

Does anyone have experience with real world results? Does it really improve the video or does it maybe even create problems?
