Sigma 300mm 2.8 PRIME

Does anyone have any idea about this lens, for the dame price as a 300L f4 i'm interested ^_^
No is I know, but the aperture/focal length is really appealing for my gig photography

anyone know about quality?

Any info at all would be amazing, herd good things about this lens, did anyone else even know it exsisted?

A 300 2.8 will not be hand holdable for most people. I would recommend the sigma 120-300 2.8 os...best of every world basically. The prime is unusually not as sharp as the zoom though is slightly wuicker to AF. I have the non os zoom and love it and would highly recommend it.
