One things for sure his few minutes with the 5d3 is more minutes than just about most everyone on this forum, yours truely included. I wish I could have been there taking pictures and from what i've heard, it's neat they actually allowed him to use his own memory card in camera... A lot of people haven't been able to and had to judge the quality on the LCD screen. Thank you OP for taking the time to report your findings to the forum. There has been a lot of buzz about DR this, NR that... It really seems to boil down, from my outside perspective, that those who are planning on buying the camera love it's capabilities and those who aren't, for whatever reason, whether it be finances, lenses, whatever hates the camera and love to point out the NR usage, lack of DR, whatever... it seems to be the 5d2 release all over again... people loved it or hated it... It's just a bit overwhelming going over all the opinions of some on this forum... For me, while I do intend on getting this camera asap, I will bite my tongue and await for tests and final tests before I start arguing my thoughts on the camera.
