They may be OK, but its best not to advertise a company if you do not know about them. Links in the CR forum are picked up by search engines and give a boost to search rankings. We are continually banning SEO spammers who do this.
Check out reseller ratings or google the name of a company with the word fraud and form your own judgement from what comes up.
As a general rule, if it is more than a few dollars below going prices, then just pass them by and save yourself frustration.
