the device works like a champ spot accurate and the mapping software allows you to export to a Google Earth file type.  When uploading images to Panoramio and Flickr the tags are recognized automatically and is effortless..the sites see the tags within the Metadata.  You can also fine tune if need be.

Only downside is the small case it comes with..a bit of a struggle to squeeze the device into the case but it does have a belt loop if you use the Logging option when off camera.
