You got that right.  But none the less my little 6ft3 broths drives it 300 yards!  My shutter speed was not hi enought on that shot but i still like it.  I did a few more at 1/2500 where it freeze the club while moving.

As for a whole in one, i never had one myself.  Too bad yours did not go in.  Amazing how much a inch makes the different in golf  ;)

+1 exposure; shadows +81; Vibrance +50; Saturation +10; cropped to 8x10 and downsized to 180ppi in Photoshop
Default noise reduction in camera - none in post.

Just wanted to see what it would look like at that ISO.

Here's a very high-ISO sample. This was shot as a jpg, not RAW, and it's straight out of the camera. Additionally, all the noise reduction options in the camera were turned off. All I did was resize it.
