Has everyone else's 1Dx stopped working ????

No, mine is working, I just find my family shots a little out of the league of the shots posted here, however I enjoy all of your shots a lot so please don't stop posting.

Here's a shot I went all-in on the editing with. I actually like this style for some rare shots, especially those with a back and front light. Edit is only Lr.

great photo :) cool edit did you pump up the clarity a bit on this one?

Thanks! :)

Highlights down, clarity way up, shadows way up, sat on the negative side and vibrance adjusted to get some color.

Light is sun behind measured in at f11, same as my 580 flash gave through a 60x60 cm box at full power and a meters distance. 2470 mk2@24.

I think that all of us are in awe of your pictures! In addition, I've been wanting to get out and try the 1Dx/200-400 combo, but ever since the lens finally got here it's been raining in Atlanta or I've been busy at work so I haven't been able to. I went out two days ago to see if I could catch some shots of the squirrels and chipmunks around the house, and of course they were nowhere to be seen while I was outside - and then it started to rain again.

I second that!!

Thanks Click  :)

The light was getting pretty high, but we had waited 3 hours for them to return, so we weren't going to leave.

Thanks eli72, very Kind comment.

Congratulations on the 200-400, you are going Love this Lens, will be very interested to hear your comments & see your images.

My Images sort of come as a result of another Trip, heading to Svalbard soon so I'm basically off the Planet for about 5 weeks or so.

Amazing shot Viggo, wonderful balance of Natural light & Flash, really, well done.

These are the sort of Images I'de like to do but they take a lot more preperation than my wildlife stuff.

Bornshooter another example of someone that does this so well, even on Glasgow backstreets would you believe
