Amazing shot, eml58. I am not sure if it is just me, but I would much prefer it with the top chopped off, so the leopard is in the top right of the pic.

1D X + backup + different L lenses etc.

Today is our National Day, May 17th. And it is not just any national day, it is No.200! I celebrated at Eidsvoll, in front of the building where our constitution was signed on May 17th, 1814.

The National Day is special here, because it is the children's day. No military parades, but endless parades from all children schools and all the brass bands in the land. Quite spectacular.

This little girl represents the final year from her kindergarden. They carry these pink caps and ride in the parade with the high school graduates. She┬┤s at the end of the parade and I believe at the end of her energy to blow her whistle ;)

Hi ajfotofilmagem, Yes it's a Female, and there's not much not to love about a Leopard, but the eyes on these Cats are just extraordinarily Beautiful, this one had a slight green tinge to the eyes.

I don't think she was feeling too amorous, a few seconds after I captured this Image she spent about 20 minutes licking her backside, I have a few of those Images as well (all Photographers seem to be Voyuers), but thought the CR Guy might implement some 'R' classification on the Images.

Menace, Dylan, Click, Northstar, appreciate your comments, Thanks Guys.

Eldar, I've tried the Landscape thing, enjoyable at times definitely, but I see so many Posters here on CR that do it so much better, I even try the Portrait thing as well, again, same thing applies, enjoyable, but, People can be at times, difficult ?

But Big Cats in Africa ?, 0600 with an early morning mist and the Sun just peeping through the Green of the Trees ?? that's just about as good as it gets in this Life, with or without a Camera in your hands.

Hi Expat, your right, I was a bit stuck on what to do with this Image, I tried framing the green with the Tree Trunks, would have liked to get closer to the Lady, but she was one of the young shy ones, still getting used to the vehicles & immediately after this Image she came real fast down from the tree, because it was early morning I'de set my Shutter Speed at 1/80th, Dumb thing to do with a Leopard in a Tree (actually slightly dumb at anytime with any Animal), I fluffed everyone of those shots unfortunately.

This was Pre my 200-400, getting the 400 off & fitting the 1.4x was & still is a PIA, the 200-400 makes it that much easier to frame & get that little bit more reach, still, I do miss that 400 @ f/2.8 at times.
