Hope this is not permanent thing. The previous layout is way better.

I agree with you Dylan.

My image posts suddenly looks stamp size, whereas the Flikr-posts appear normal. Does anyone know why?
I think they upgraded the forum software yesterday - and this only seems to affect images uploaded directly to CR.  If you click on the photo, it expands to full size.
Hope this is not permanent thing. The previous layout is way better.

I prefer the previous one too

There's a separate thread now started by jrista re this size issue.

Must admit initially I wasn't so keen, but now I've sort of become used to it, when you click on the image to get a larger separate page it's sort of a Pain but you do get to see the Images you want to see in a larger form.

In essence I guess it's not much different to 500px etc, you click a thumbnail & view the Image full size.

Progress of a form.

I have 27" monitor and I can't even see my own photos. Hope the admins will switch back.

How about getting a 2nd slightly smaller monitor to address this issue?  ;)

for me clicking on it opens it in a new window, full size

Nice image BTW. I'm drooling over a 100 f2.8 IS at the moment, I'm very tempted.

A couple from the Summer Sizzler championship game in Atlanta. High school stadium lights are not very good - I shot these at 1/1000 sec. @ f5.6 at ISO 25600.

Heading to Japan for 4 weeks next month, preparing myself by looking at Images taken last time in that Totally Beautiful Country.
