Okay so how do you resize your photos to get the best quality to web? By using nearest neighbour or bicubic?

Bicubic. More recent versions of PS (CS5/6, not sure about CS4) have Bicubic Sharper which is intended for downsampling.

So I've tried all the different method's and it seems to me that bilinear looks better than bicubic?
