Firmware update on 1D X

Hi,

Can I update my 1D X from firmware version 1.0.2 directly to version 1.0.6?

You not only can, you must - the intermediate versions were not released to the general public. 

FYI, all Canon body firmware updates are cumulative, allowing you to update from any older version.
