The 6D will obviously be better, especially considering 5D Mark ii will be discontinued, and it doesn't have support for latest hardware, such as the 600 EX flash's group features,... etc.

The only question remain is the weather sealing for the 6D, which is still undetermined at this point. The only reason to go for 5D Mark ii would be if 6D is not sealed, and you're considering using it for pro or rugged use.

.
Needless question.

Basic Internet dogma provides the simple answer:

The product that does NOT exist is always far superior to the product that DOES exist.

Agree!
If you can wait for 6D, just wait.  Otherwise, you should get 5D2 or 5D3.

Depends on if you're in a hurry or not.  If you need it now you have no choice, if you can wait you do.

You should see specs of the 6D Mark II - this is something definitely worth to wait for!

i am in no rush. my 7D serves me well, but i do want a full frame. i will most likely trade my current kit for the 6D kit.
then i can start utilizing good lenses to full potential.

May I ask why you wish to go full frame?

You mean this kit with EF 24-105 L IS Mark II or EF 24-400 L IS USM DODO? If the latter, then you don't need any  additional lenses.
