Google acquires Nik Software

Thoughts? I'm just concerned that they stop focusing on the development of their software and focus more on the consumer division (Snapseed). Their software has been super useful for my work flow. Gut reaction?

Gut reaction... they want to use the patents for Android apps.

Good news is Google typically makes products cheaper...

here's to hoping to buy the Nik complete Suite for $50 !
