It appears Canon will be extending and increasing some rebates through to March 3, 2012.
A few notable lenses have been removed for the extension. The 17 f/4L & 24 f/3.5L II tilt shift lenses, as well as the 20mm f/2.8.

Just a reminder
The Canon USA Lens & Speedlite rebates end on Saturday, February 4, 2012. There has been no mention of an extension at this time. I will update this post if that changes.

Canon has extended the DSLR & lens combination rebate program until February 24, 2012. The 7D and 5D Mark II are the main DSLR bodies for the rebate program.
There are also combo rebates for the Pixma 9000 Mark II printer.

New Rebate Program

In Canada, the 5D Mark II body only is out there for $1999 at Henry’s and Vistek.
5D Mark II – USA
There will be an instant rebate on the 5D Mark II in the USA starting September 25 and running until October 29, 2011.

Starting July 29, 2011.
The Pixma 9000 Mark II and Pixma 9500 Mark II will receive additional rebate amounts when purchased with a Canon DSLR. Both printers have mail in rebates if bought on their own. The rebates will become official tomorrow. I hear you’re basically going to get a free A3+ printer with the purchase of any Canon DSLR.
New Printers Coming?
Yes, we’ll see new A3+ printers announced in the coming weeks. I’ve been told there will be a 12 ink solution.
