……. the EOS 80D.
We wouldn't be surprised if this replacement for the EOS 70D is announced before the start of CP+ this month in Japan. The EOS-1D X Mark II will get a few weeks in the spotlight leading up to CP+.
All we've heard about the EOS 80D is that it will have improved AF performance as well as more autofocus points. We don't expect anything too revolutionary like 4K video.
I do realize most of you care about the replacement for the EOS 5D Mark III, but for the moment, there's nothing solid on its development that we can report. I suspect we'll get at least one “5D” camera some time before the summer.
