Aurora Aperture has also announced new filters for SIGMA ultra wide angle lenses for the EF mount. You can read about that after the break.
In the meantime, we would like to announce our new product development plans for the next six months.
The first one is a new series of filters for the Sigma 14-24mm f/2.8 DG DN Art for both the Sony FE and L mounts. We will offer various strengths of neutral density filters and light pollution reduction (LPR) filters. We have already gone through several iterations of prototype and field tests are undergoing. We expect we will be able to offer this new series in the next 60 days or sooner. A press release with more detail information is coming soon.
The next one is also a new series of rear mount filters for the Sony FE 12-24mm F4 G. Again, ND and LPR filters will be available for this Sony lens.
Finally, we will also provide rear filters for the Sigma 14mm F1.8 DG HSM Art and Sigma 14-24mm F2.8 DG HSM Art for the Canon EF mount. ND and LPR filters will be available for the Sigma lens.
We will launch a Kickstarter campaign in early 2020 with filters for the Sony FE 12-24mm F4G, Sigma 14mm F1.8 and Sigma 14-24mm F2.8 for the Canon EF mount.
Additional filters such as graduated neutral density (GND) filters for rear mount are under evaluation as well.
