Misprint
Apparently the folks at Canon even want a 24-70 f/2.8L IS!

I vote misprint for now, even though they make it more than once.
Something more?
I'm on the road so I can't post any screenshots in case the correction is made by Canon.
thanks Ettore

when you try to buy it from the link on that page, it does say “backordered”… somthing coming soon?
That what happens when the guys who are responsible for printers edit the Camera page….
As much as I’d like to have a 24-70mm IS USM, this is a spelling (or ignorent) mistake since the camera’s picture belongs to 24-70mm NONIS version.
oh yeah, Congratulate me guys. At last my 7d is going to be shipped soon (purchased from Adorama on sep 3rd). Now if only Amazon ships it to me as well…
Hmm..
But, is it me? or is the AF/MF switch different? My 24-70 sample has a different switch..
I would imagine the IS version of the lens to be a little bit bulkier and have an IS switch on it.
I know you guys are lusting after the possibility but the picture is the 24-70 NONIS
i see it in THREE places…
