  1. I thought EL-5 support would be built in from get go given they were announced together while R7, R10, R3 and R5C would be getting firmware updates at the time of release of EL-5.
  2. I can confirm that powering up the R6m2 is now as fast as it was on the R6 when Bluetooth is activated.

Additionally there was a bug that when BT was activated, it prevented the camera from booting into "ready-to-shoot" when a third party lens with AF was attached. This has been fixed now as well, so the fear that Canon has blocked third party lenses from being used with the R6m2 is non-existant... for now.
  3. Wow... I can report that after getting a notification I'm now updating after downloading and transfering the new FW to the camera... trough the smartphone app! Incredible, Canon has finally exited the 1990's when it comes to software updates it appears!
  4. Any one updated? I noticed that the body with 1.0.0 is not displaying control ring function correctly when RF 15-30mm is attached. I hope it has been fixed in this firmware.
  5. I don't get why there's no way to turn on the RAW burst quickly. You always have to go to the menu. Even if you program a button for it, it'll just show the menu. And it's not possible to set it as custom mode C1-C3... :(
