Oh dear!
I received an email today with an official looking spec list of an EOS 7Ds, amazingly it's also 18mp!
There is no 7Ds. A 7Ds would be know as a 5D Mark II for the most part.

A report from Germany cites a salesman at a CPS store in Regensburg as saying a new 1D would be announced next week. Perhaps the salesman was thinking Nikon D3s.
