I just tool some shots with the lens cap that was laying on my desk. I cropped it and did apply nr and sharpening. It was mostly just to satisfy myself that the camera could capture sharp images. Today, I played with my 100-400L, my 50mm f/2.5 macro, my 100mm L Macro, my Sigma 18-35mm art, and my Nikkor 55mm f/3.5 AI micro. I wanted to see how it handled the different types of lenses.

I used the Nikkor in manual, so exposure was poor, the exposures were good with the others. I also used focus peaking with the nikkor, but it was still lacking sharp focus. I think a tripod is needed to get sharp images with it.
