it depends also of the king of wildlife photography you're doing... 150-600 Sigma Sport is ideal for Hide but not for hiking... Have you think about the 100-400 II and the 1.4 III extender ? more compact, lighter and very good for close up photography.

Looks good but i think the lens will need great light conditions and / or great high iso (=FF)...

I'm impressed too by the results, at 3200 iso images look really clean ! and at 6400 it doesn't look bad too, i can't wait to have it...

Sherpa 100 kit is the best solution for dslr and it's still compact for its power.

17-55 EF S f/2.8 IS + 70-300 EF f/4-5.6 L IS + one Art Sigma lens would be a great kit in my opinion...
