    DXOMark: Sigma 24-105 f/4 DG OS Reviewed

    It's heavier than the Canon 24-70 F2.8 II and its an F4 lens. 82mm filter Optically very similar to the Canon 24-105 F4 L. So, what is the advantage of this lens ? I don't think it really adds any " Wow " factor.

    It was the Canon 70-200 f2.8 II lens THAT made me jump ship to Canon. And I am one very happy photographer. I shoot it on a 7D, 1DIV and 5D3 and it is simply awesome. Buy once, buy right.

    The Canon 24-70 f4 L IS seems to be treated like the red headed stepchild on the internet. It's not easy to be the little brother to the Canon 24-70 F2.8 II lens. I first borrowed 24-70 F4 lens for a 2 week trip to Glacier National Park. The lens was superb on my 5D3. Easy to hike with and IS...
