Canon 7D Mark II, EF 100mm f/2.8L IS USM

I love my EF 100mm L IS f/2.8, too. It's also not that expensive so you can have the best of the best for your (macro) work - instead of buying budget lenses because you cannot afford some stupid expensive EF 600mm f/4L for birding.

You can spot amazing things just by standing still for a moment :)

I don't know plants that well, but definitely not a sundew :) Something very common summer stuff. That guy is so little that it exaggerates the size of those "spikes".

Well, ISO 1600 is often way too much for 7D2. I usually shoot at ISO 1000 max.
