With all due respect, that video review is idiotic. Half that review takes place under harsh sunlight. You can't even see the guy's eyes. I wouldn't expect it to find an eye, it resorts to FD just fine. Then the other half he's inside and it pretty much works perfectly unless he's doing...

I just hope it works better. If Servo Eye AF works just like it does currently - only in servo - that would be somewhat disappointing.

I went with the only new lens on the list I've used, that being the RF 50 with the EOS R, and yeah it's amazing. Tack sharp wide open at 1.2 and has so far handled anything I've thrown at it. For me personally, the best performing lens I've ever used.
