I've had a new display cabinet and was clearing out old draws, I've got no use for it now but will keep for memories sake.

I found one a couple of months ago going through a box of “junk” that came from my dad, it was for his AE1Program I think!
That reminds me Private By Design did you ever collect my dad’s AE1P from your father? Was it any good?

Oh the days of the AE-1P... It served me well for some 15 years to end up collecting dust

But then again, there are so many advantages in the modern DSLR's that I'm not tempted to get it into operational use soon... (despite the fact that it could use the shutter release cable(??) @fentiger showed).
Btw., it feels tiny and light compared to my 7D2... progress?
