Seems kind of odd the G12 successor hasn't even begun to surface yet. Is is possible Canon will just let the G12 continue on through next year? Nikon introduced the P7100 yesterday and seems to have address all the negative issues on the P7000. Therefore, the P7100 could now be a true competitor, and someways now have the edge against the G series.
