Hi guys,

I never heard of a MK2 version of any Sigma lenses...but I m hoping for a new 150-600 5.0-6.3f C for DSLR/DSLM. The 150-600 C is from 2015...not so old yet. But there is the new 60-600mm wich should be better at 600mm what I have heard. But it is really big (2,7kg vs 1,9kg) and slightly double the price.

I have a really bad Tamron 150-600 G1....the service defocused my lense, tho I m looking for a new one for wildlife and birding. And want to sell my Tamron after it will be repaired I think.

Some days a ago I had the opertunity to test the Canon 100-400 II on my 5DIV. It looks really nice and sharp. But for the most small birds the 400mm is to short =/.

My hope lays also on the Canon 100-500 if is it not to expensive - but then I need the R5 :D...the RP isn't that good for wildlife.

What do you think about new potential Sigma tele-zooms?!

Sigma does refresh lenses, e.g. the 150mm and 180mm macro received OS, the 50-500 became 60-600, etc.

The 150-600mm C is a pretty good lens but the AF at 600mm is slow. Get the 1.4xTCIII to go with the 100-400mm II.
