How to start Dual Pixel RAW Optimizer?

I can't work out how to use dual pixel RAW optimizer. When I try, the message comes back "Target file does not exist". What am I missing?

I presume the camera was set to capture a dual pixel image?

I had set it to "Enable when image set to RAW". I checked, and it was in that position, and "disable" was the prompt. So, I just disabled it, set it again, and it now works. Oh well.
