just a heads up i got from my accountant if you are going to buy expensive gear ie bodies big glass wait until after July 1 since after then you can write off anything up to $6500 immediately currently until end of june the limit is $1000 anything over $1000 has to be depreciated over 3 years

Hmm, that means making sure of getting the 5DIII and 24-70 f/2.8 kit for under $6500... 8)
