Post processing... B & W

Hey all. I have a question and I'm hoping someone on here can help me. I've been doing wedding photography the last couple years and I'm trying to achieve some results in post processing. Here's an example http://times-and-paper.pass.us/samanthaandjustin/i-k7bFk75995591

It's a black and white photo and the blacks are true clean blacks and so are the whites. It almost looks like a film look. I was wondering if any of you have any methods to get this type of result. I've used Lightroom 5 and CS6 but can't seem to find this specific result.

Let me know your thoughts or ideas.

Nik Silver Efex Pro is what I use most often for Black and White conversion.
I think it gives the photos a bit more oomph.
I've used a number of plugins like DXO or Topaz.
I still find Nik Silver Efex Pro my most used

If you want stuff like this (which is highly improbable) your best choice would be alien Skin.

(yes, it is my bike left lying there)
