Should I buy a 7D now or wait a few months? Will the 7D Mk II be out by March?

I was considering the purchase of a 7D, but will there be a newer better model out by March?

I wouldn't hold my breath for 7D II. Only thing I'd consider waiting for in 2011 is the 5D III and the eventual flood of used 5D II from early adopters.

What do you miss regarding the 7D?

I don't think that there will be a 7D MkII in March. There will possibly be a 600D/T3i in march, but no 7D MkII.
