Sigma 135 Art

Nice shots. I probably would have tried to get closer if possible? Are you using an extension tube, and if yes, will the Sigma 135mm still autofocus with an extension tube?

Thank you. I could have gotten closer, but I want pretty much all of the subject to be in focus. And I like the foliage for context.

No extension tube was used, but I have found that AF works well with a Kenko 20mm ET. BTW, I checked AF as soon as I got this lens, and it appears to be quite accurate and fast, unlike my 35mm Art.

2-image pano stitch, more of a lens test rather than an artistic image but I had only about 10 minutes onsite and thought I will give it a shot :)

the resulting image is a bit to large to upload so here is the link:

I like the contrasting/clashing colors of the water and sky. An interesting use of this lens.

Thank you, I was curious to see if high resolving power and low distortion / low CA qualities of the lens will deliver in landscape and architectural projects. Astro photography is another area where I expect 135 Art to excell. I do not shoot Astro though.
