Ok, here's a little C&C, always offered at great peril...
First, in the first two shots, I'm seeing just a hint of front focusing, where the collar is the sharpest point.
Second, in the first shot, the brightly exposed area of her camera-facing cheek and neck area draws the eyes away from her face and gaze, which, imo, does not serve the portrait well.
Third, nitpicking, in the first shot, I believe the eyes have been over-sharpened in post processing.
I like the second best. Flattering, natural, an attractive subject complemented by a good background. Is the t-shirt just overexposed?
The third shot, not my taste, and the front of her hair has gone gray.
