I reckon it was a duff grip, and if so would probably have just binned, the £150 is money well spent for peace of mind though, just get it all checked out and know I can rely on it again. Probably going to need to add a couple of LP-E6's to that bill as well (

Oh well - think of the extra LP-E6s as an investment for the future. You'll be sorted for years
