I went looking for a thread that may be a fit for this, happy to move if someone has suggestions.

There is a traveling exhibit of elephants made from lantana camera which is apparently a weed that is invading the elephant's territory in India. The exhibit is traveling across the USA into 2025 and then will be sold with profits going toward various conservation non-profits.

I saw the exhibit along the Cliffwalk in Newport, RI in August.

Impressive.

Interesting! But the name of the weed is Lantana camara not Lantana camera ! In your post I see clear symptoms of the "photographic syndrome" in advanced phase - persistent and costly disease !

that is too funny. I even thought to myself...weird name, but sure, camera it is....

From Wikipedia: "Camara is derived from Greek, meaning 'arched', 'chambered', or 'vaulted'" - almost like "camera"
We have Lantana camara in Hawaii too - highly invasive...
I afraid many on this forum have the same disorder (good for the companies that are producing cameras)!
