Post your pics taken with this wonderful, fast, wide-angle prime.

Useful for environmental portraits, I find that the wide angle and fast aperture combined with the very usable ISO 3200 on the 5DII, the 35L makes an excellent nightime walkaround lens.

Here are a few of mine to start the thread off:

EOS 5D Mark II, EF 35mm f/1.4L USM, 2.5 s, f/5.6, ISO 100

EOS 5D Mark II, EF 35mm f/1.4L USM, 1/30 s, f/1.4, ISO 100

EOS 5D Mark II, EF 35mm f/1.4L USM, 1/20 s, f/5, ISO 3200

EOS 5D Mark II, EF 35mm f/1.4L USM, 1/250 s, f/2.5, ISO 1600

EOS 5D Mark II, EF 35mm f/1.4L USM, 1/50 s, f/2, ISO 200

Thanks for looking!

I see you have flickr pro. They do not make it obvious.

Go to the image that you want to post, Click the arrow above the image and just to the right of the blue twitter icon, and select grab the Grab the HTML/BBCode. Select the BBC code button at the bottom, and paste the link into your post. 640 X 640 is large enough.

This is how it works for me, but you might have a different screen or display on Flickr.

I hope it works for you. its a bit obscure at first, once you've done it a few times, it will be easier. Thats not the only way to do it, but it is easiest.

I just picked up a second hand copy of the 35L. I know its suppose to be updated soon but i couldn't wait any longer. I'm now mad at myself for not buying this lens ages ago. Its amazing! Here's my first test shot with it. I'm having a little holiday over the Easter break and looking forward to shooting with this lens exclusively.

Shot wide open at f1.4

I took this photo in Cuba with the 50D and 35L, wide open of course.
