I see that all cashback lens offers are 'L' lenses with four-digit prices. No cashbacks for RF-S lenses.

RF-S lenses are not treated that well in recent cashback promotions.
In Germany the promotion is on since Nov 1st.
And the RF 24-240mm F4-6.3 IS USM is included with 100€ cashback.

An addition there is an EOS plus X promo until Dec. 31st.
There you can get APS-C body + RF-S lens and get cashback.
